We use plenty of dry ice and a reusable, insulated cooler - a packaging combination that will insure your products arrive frozen and in excellent condition. And, we can get your package to you when you want it! When you place your order, you will have the option to select your own date of delivery based on availability. The appropriate shipping and handling charge will be applied. Our shipping and handling rates are based on the following delivery options:

FedEx Priority Overnight - Your package will arrive Next-business-day by 10:30 a.m. to most U.S. addresses; by noon, 4:30 p.m. or 5 p.m. in remote areas; by noon, 1:30 p.m. or 4:30 p.m. on Saturdays.

FedEx 2day Delivery - Your package will arrive by 4:30 p.m. in 2 business days to most areas (by 7 p.m. to residences).

Plan ahead for the holidays.  Everyone is in a rush to get their gifts out.  Make sure you order in plenty of time to make sure your loved ones receive the gift of delicious food on time.

*Whether you're ordering for yourself or gifts for others, we strongly encourage you have your orders placed and shipped before the week of Christmas to ensure that they arrive in time for the holidays. While we make every effort to ship most orders within 24 hours, inclement weather and other unforeseen circumstances can cause shipments to arrive later than expected. Please plan ahead and order early.

Important: All shipments require a street address (sorry, no PO Boxes). Damage due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses voids our guarantee. Please be sure to double-check all addresses.
